At Sirens Thread, each jewellery piece is handmade with care on the Gold Coast, Australia. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, reliable, and enjoyable. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be packed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

Because all Sirens Thread items are handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
This processing time includes:

  • Handcrafting your jewellery

  • Quality checks

  • Packaging your order with its handwritten story card

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal services.
You can expect:

  • Standard Shipping: ~3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: ~1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location and local postal conditions.
Once your parcel has been shipped, transit times are outside our control.

International Shipping

If you choose to ship outside Australia, delivery times will vary depending on your country and postal service.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Any promotions such as free shipping thresholds will be clearly shown on our website when available.

Tracking Your Order

Most orders include tracking. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once your order is handed to the postal service, Sirens Thread is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or weather

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Parcels marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Damage caused during shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours so we can assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address at checkout.
Sirens Thread is not responsible for parcels shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it, but reshipment costs will apply.

Packaging

All orders are packaged securely and include:

  • Your jewellery piece

  • A protective pouch or wrapping

  • A handwritten story card

  • Any additional packaging chosen or purchased at checkout

We do our best to pack items safely while still keeping packaging aesthetically aligned with the Sirens Thread brand.

Pre-Orders or Custom Orders

If you purchase a custom piece or pre-order item, additional time may be required. Estimated timeframes will always be displayed or provided before purchase.
